The small rooms

I love that it's close to the Gotanda station--the Yamanote line takes you to major neighborhoods like Shinjuku, Shibuya and Harajuku. There are tons of restaurants nearby and a supermarket with prepared foods/fresh fruits when you don't feel like going out to eat. A pharmacy is literally on the next block when we needed some allergy medicine. It's super convenient.

No way to stream Netflix or amazon prime or Apple TV. Literally no streaming options.

Hotel room was nice with a simple but interesting design layout. It had a sofa bench seating along the windows. The bathroom consisted of a soaking tub with wash stool and shower in front, separate lavatory outside, and a separate toilet compartment. The city views looking north was interesting during the day and even at night. We even had a glimpse of Mt Fuji in the distant one morning. Hotel was located next to Osakihirokoji Station so it was easy to connect to Gotanda Station and the Yamanote Line.

Everything was good. No complaints.

I liked that it’s located at a new building, Conveniently close to the station, and I absolutely loved the room. The room was designed with great use of space and the view of the city was just absolutely stunning.

Literally everything. Location. The room. The staff. Brought my 2 year old with me for his Birthday and he immediately felt extremely comfortable. Can’t thank the staff enough.

Perfect room size for family of 4. Excellent location and convenient to JR station with lot’s of decent restaurants within 10 min. walk. Very friendly staff and hotel facility is beautiful and thoughtful. Definitely my choice of accommodation for my next trip to Japan.

Great location, lots of tasty restaurants on the way to Gotanda station. Bunk bed room was really nice for 3 people, the layout provided quite a lot of space to chill and for luggage by japanese standards. Would stay here again next time too.

Great value for what you’re getting at this hotel. I love the fact that it’s only five minutes to walk to the Gotanda station on the popular Yamanote line so easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya stations, though nicely placed outside of these busy tourist destinations. This area is also close to the trendy and original Meguro district which offers a very unique traveler experience.

The hotel facility and room were wonderful. I loved having a view of Tokyo from our room.

Confused about the breakfast that there were two choices, American or Japanese. Figured it out for the 2nd day.

The location and is new

Room design is a bit weird, when the bed is not convenient. Only way to get off the bed is from the end of the bed.

Everything was great. Clean, good service, good amenities, close to a main train line, comfortable bed and room, good breakfast, pretty common spaces.

Loved the location. Close enough to the station to get wherever you needed to go in Tokyo, but far enough where you feel like you stepped away from the hustle of busy stations. The room was the biggest we had in Japan, and we would love to stay here again next time we visit Tokyo!

Good location, well styled hotel and rooms, the family bunk bed room was spacious and well equipped (apart from the lack of drinking water and the jug filter meschine not being on every floor). Awesome views

Unfortunately, upon arrival I was aware the hotel was dog friendly. I am allergic to dogs and was concerned upon checking in. When I booked through Booking.com it Clearly mentioned “Pets not allowed” however dogs were most welcome. Once in our room it was clear dogs had been there previously as my allergies were slightly triggered. My wife also found her first nights sleep on the lower bunk was disturbed due to dog smells and hairs irritating her.

Great aesthetics, good breakfast, very comfortable rooms with amazing views. Close to subway for easy access to Shibuya!

No coffee in the room

It was very clean and in a silent location close to the nearest JR station the staff was very nice and helpful and they had the best bath in the room
